ZenHR Wrapped 2025: The Moments & Milestones of Our Year

Written by Amanee Hasan | 350/December/2025

You know the feeling when the year is about to end, and you take some time to look back, and you realize just how much ACTUALLY happened. That’s what happened with us, so we decided to wrap it up for all of you.

ZenHR Wrapped 2025 isn’t just a fun Spotify-style trend for us; it was a genuine pause to look back at the people, products, and progress that shaped our year.

So let’s unpack it. No buzzwords, just what we built, what we celebrated, and why it all mattered. Because we are honestly so proud of it all!

What We Achieved Together

One of the biggest highlights of 2025?
We welcomed 40+ new team members across our offices, and that growth wasn’t just about headcount. It meant new perspectives, new skills, and more energy behind everything we do.

Scaling an HR tech company in the MENA region isn’t just about hiring quickly; it’s about hiring right. Every new joiner helped strengthen our ability to support businesses across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the MENAregion with compliant, localized HR solutions.

Celebrating the Wins That Meant the Most

We’re not gonna lie, awards are nice. What these really represent for us is trust,  from employees, from the market, and from the region we serve.

In 2025, ZenHR was proud to be:

  • Re-certified as a Great Place to Work®

  • Recognized among the Best Workplaces in KSA™

  • Named one of the Best Workplaces in Technology™

  • Awarded Best Workplaces for Women™ – GCC

  • Recognized as a Best Workplace for Saudi Nationals – KSA

These recognitions aren’t just badges for our website. They reflect something more profound: a culture built on flexibility, growth, psychological safety, and real inclusion, the same values we help HR teams build inside their own organizations.

What We Built This Year (A Lot, Actually)

If 2025 felt fast, it’s because it was.

ZenHR QR Clock: Attendance, Simplified

One of our biggest launches this year was ZenHR QR Clock, a hardware-free attendance app designed for modern, distributed teams.

Instead of expensive devices or complex setups, companies can now:

  • Enable QR-based clock-ins
  • Track attendance accurately across branches
  • Reduce time theft and manual errors
  • Stay compliant without adding operational friction

It’s faster, smarter, and built for the way teams actually work today.

125+ Features and Enhancements

Behind the scenes, our product teams delivered 125+ features and improvements across payroll, attendance, employee management, reporting, and compliance.

These weren’t “nice-to-have” updates. They were driven by real customer needs, from better automation to cleaner reports, smoother approvals, better experience, and stronger localization for Saudi and GCC regulations.

Powerful Integrations That Made HR Even More Seamless

This year was big for integrations, and for good reason. HR doesn’t live in a silo anymore. Payroll, attendance, government systems, benefits, travel, and education platforms all need to talk to each other.

In 2025, ZenHR launched four major integrations that did exactly that:

Almatar Integration: The Almatar integration streamlined business travel and expense workflows, allowing HR and finance teams to manage bookings, employee trips, and related records without jumping between systems. Fewer emails. Fewer spreadsheets. More visibility.

Ejari Integration: With the Ejari integration, companies in the UAE can link employee housing documentation directly to their HR records. This improves compliance, speeds up onboarding, and reduces manual document chasing, especially for organizations managing large or diverse workforces.

Classera Integration: The Classera integration connected HR systems with learning and education platforms, making it easier for organizations to manage employee development, training records, and upskilling initiatives in one ecosystem.

Tameeni Integration: The Tameeni integration simplified insurance and benefits administration by syncing employee data with insurance providers. That means fewer errors, faster updates, and clearer visibility for both HR teams and employees.

ZenHR is built to work within a broader HR and business ecosystem, not as a standalone tool.

Where Ideas Came to Life - Hackathon 2.0

We hosted our second internal Hackathon this year, and it was exactly what innovation should look like: collaborative, slightly chaotic, and full of great ideas.

Teams from different departments came together to brainstorm, prototype, and challenge the way things are usually done. Some ideas shipped. Some sparked future roadmaps. All of them strengthened cross-team collaboration.

Innovation happens when people feel safe enough to experiment.

Moments That Brought Us Together

Not everything that defines a great year fits into a roadmap or release note.

In 2025, we celebrated:

  • Saudi National Day
  • Saudi Founding Day
  • Ramadan
  • International Women’s Day
  • Mother’s & Father’s Day
  • Pinktober
  • Movember

These moments mattered because culture isn’t built in meetings; it’s built in shared experiences, small traditions, and showing up for each other beyond work tasks.

Showing Up Where It Counts

This year, ZenHR showed up at major regional events, including LEAP and Biban24, connecting with founders, HR leaders, and decision-makers shaping the future of work in the region.

These events weren’t just about visibility. They were about listening, understanding what companies in Saudi Arabia and the GCC actually need from their HR technology as they scale.

The Biggest Highlight

More than features. More than awards. More than events.

The biggest highlight of 2025 was helping thousands of companies and employees reach a state of Zen, less chaos, more clarity, and HR processes that actually support people instead of slowing them down.

Looking Ahead to 2026

ZenHR Wrapped 2025 wasn’t an ending. It was a checkpoint.

As we move into 2026, the focus stays the same:

  • More peace of mind for HR teams
  • Smarter, more connected HR technology
  • Deeper localization for Saudi Arabia, UAE, and the GCC
  • And a culture that keeps people at the center of everything

Thanks for being part of the ZenHR story, and here’s to writing an even better Wrapped next year.
