12 Ramadan Memes Fasting Employee Will Understand - ZenHR's Blog

Written by Amanee Hasan | 87/March/2023

Between fasting and altered sleep schedules, it’s common for Muslim employees to experience some slight dehydration, fatigue, headaches, and more throughout Ramadan. So to make this month a little easier, we’ve put together some light-hearted Ramadan memes that will hit home for every employee fasting at work. We hope we make you laugh!

First things first, Ramadan Kareem to everyone observing the holy month! ☪️

Even though Ramadan is more than just about food and drinks, I think that we can all agree that it wouldn’t be Ramadan without certain flavors…

For Muslims, fasting means no food or drinks until sundown, and yes, that includes water too.

When it’s the first day of Ramadan, and you’re at work going through caffeine withdrawal.

You never truly appreciate your coffee run before work until Ramadan comes around.

You know you’re fasting when your post-work grocery run looks something like this…

Fasting employees after finishing each task, trying to figure out how much time is left until they can break their fast.

Fasting employees watching other employees going out on lunch and smoke breaks.

When your job has free lunch in the office, but you’re fasting.

We’re all guilty of making Ramadan plans. “I’m gonna work out and eat healthy this Ramadan” *proceeds to nap all day and eat 10 deep-fried samosas at iftar*.

We all know the struggle of waking up and eating before Fajr, only to wake up again a few hours later to go to work.

When you work in a non-Muslim country.

Everyone for suhoor this month.
