 يميل معظم الموظفين إلى إعطاء أهمية كبيرة لزيادات الرواتب السنوية وتعد أحد دوافعهم الأساسية للبقاء في الشركة وتقديم أفضل ما لديهم. ولكن، إذا كانت شركتك تمر في ظروف ماديّة صعبة ولا يوجد ميزانية لزيادة الرواتب السنوية لجميع الموظفين، فهل يعني هذا بأنك ستخسر أفضل موظفيك؟ لا، ليس بالضرورة! يمكنك تقديم عدّة بدائل ترضي موظفيك وتجعلهم أكثر سعادة في العمل، فما هي هذه البدائل؟
